The Copper Coil Solar Water Heater system supplies hot water through an efficient copper coil, which is placed in the water tank as a heat ex-changer that supplies a large area of heat transfer in its 40 meters length.
This system solves the problems of limiting hot water and system pressure.
The copper coil solar water heater is recommended for pump pressurized installation system.
Copper Coil Solar Water Heater can be seen as pressurized model, although the water tank of pre-heated solar water heater usually is non-pressurized tank, but inside tank there is a copper coil which can bear pressure, and the water for use is from the copper coil, however the water in tank is only use to transfer heat to the water in copper coil.
Copper Coil Solar Water Heater, when tap water inlet opens, the cold water begins to circulate inside the copper coil, water will heat up to the equal temperature with the water in tank, and travel through the hot water pipe and mix with cold water in the shower mixer or sink. In this way, the water used for consumption is fresh water that has just been heated.
Working Principle
The glass vacuum tubes absorb light energy through the AL/N/AL/SS/CU coating and converts the light energy into heat energy stored in the insulated water tank. The running water (cold water) is heated while passing through the built-in copper coil (heat exchanger) of the water tank, then high pressure hot water is coming out from outlet. 
Features
The water tank has a built-in copper coil (heat exchanger) for secondary instant heat exchange. The difference between the hot water outlet temperature and the tank temperature is less than 10℃. The hot water outlet pressure is high and equal to the tap water pressure. The copper coil test pressure is 0.9Mpa, but the water tank itself does not bear any pressure. The water tank is only used as a heat storage medium, and fresh hot water in the copper coil is used for domestic hot water directly.

Solar water heater with assistant tank model is popular in India, South America and Africa.
Without assistant tank or with assistant tank on the top, the main big tank is full of water. When the water gets hot, if the hot air can't get out quickly, there is much pressure in the tank. The pressure will damage the non-pressure tank.
Secondly, because the tank is full of water, the above welding of the inner tank is dipped in the hot water all the time. It may make the welding place leak. Especially in some place, the water is very hard.
So according to these problems, we designed the new solar water heater with assistant tank model. Using side assistant tank, there is a little space on the top of tank, so it will decrease the pressure in the tank.
Because there is no water on the top, the welding will not be dipped in the tank, so will prevent the corrosion and rust better.
Besides, we use non-welding technology.
Welding is damage to stainless steel. We wrap the cover on the main inner tank, there is no welding, so there is no rusty, corrosion and leaking.
